We can comprehensively treat any lower limb problem; from managing skin and nail conditions to prescribing orthotics, and everything in between.
With state-of-the-art video gait analysis equipment, Castlemaine Foot + Ankle Clinic is well equipped to diagnose and treat biomechanic abnormalities and overload injuries.
Patrick is an experienced podiatrist that lives in the Castlemaine area with his young family. Patrick has worked for many years at busy sports injury clinics in Melbourne, and is now focussed on providing the best possible foot care in the area.
Patrick has a special interest in sports and musculoskeletal injuries of the lower leg, and of course manages all aspects of foot care. As part of an injury management, Patrick will treat the immediate complaint and its cause, as well as implementing long term measures to prevent further injury.
Patrick continues to practice part time at a large, multi-disciplinary clinic in Melbourne where he enjoys a mentoring role with student podiatrists undergoing clinical placements in their final year of training.
Outside of podiatry, Patrick loves sport; both as a participant and spectator. He enjoys running and cycling, tennis, and family bush walks. He follows the AFL passionately (Go Cats!) and any other sports results he can find. You may run into Patrick at local sporting and community events, such as Parkrun, Run the Maine, and at Castlemaine Tennis Club.
These personal hobbies complement his professional resolve to keep the people of the Mount Alexander Shire fit and healthy and moving!
